Mont Néry is a place of memories and flavours, an invitation to discover traditions. There are many rooms: The dining rooms are called Gade (cowshed) and Wongade. The walls are made of stone with larch wood panelling. This is where everyone gathered around the wood stove to eat, tell stories, sew or whittle. The wine cellar, Chaer, with its vaulted ceiling is, as in the past, where friends gather to praise the jolly and merry canto of Bacchus.

The Wine Cellar
The tasting room, Wistòbò, has a vaulted stone ceiling, the perfect place to sample remarkable wines and liqueurs. There is also an original niche in the wall (ice box) where in former times, at the end of the winter, snow was cleverly stored to conserve food through the summer.
