Rates include

Sleeping only (rates in Euro per night, discounts for groups and weekly staying), breakfast on request (see rates)

At your arrival we ask for a deposit of 100€ for studio and doubleroom, 150€ for the chalet (weekly staying) given back on your departure after control of the apartment conditions

Cancellation policy

After our booking confirmation we ask for an advance of 30 % of the staying (to be paid with Bank Transfer or Credit Card - except American Express), that will be charged anyway in case of cancellation within 7 days from the arrival.

We also ask for the payment of 1 night in case of cancellation of 1 or 2 nights of an already confirmed booking, of 2 nights in case of cancellation of more than 2 nights

Check-in from 14.00 to 19.00 / Check-out from 08.30 and 10.30 (unless otherwise agreed with the Direction)
